How are CNC precision parts processed?

The main features of processing CNC precision parts,the precision automatic lathe has five groups of tool rest, equipped with Micrometer card fine-tuning to achieve high precision workpiece. It can be installed more than 10 tool knives according to the processing workpiece.  Two-axis device: the spindle adopts electromagnetic clutch to drive the tapping spindle.Tapping is carried out by using the reversal difference between the high speed reversal and the mechanical spindle in the same direction.Two axes can be shakable transformed machining, reaming holes, tapping the internal and external teeth can be processed together.

Casting function: refers to whether a metal or alloy is suitable for some of the casting process functions,mainly includes the flow function, fills the mold ability; Shrinkage, the ability of casting volume shrinkage during solidification; Segregation refers to the heterogeneity of chemical composition.


Welding function: refers to the welding of two or more metal materials together by heating or heating and pressure welding,the interface can meet the purpose of use.


Because the five cutting tools and two tail shafts of the machine can work together in the machining process,so this machine is 4~6 times faster than CNC machine to process parts.


Miscellaneous parts can be used for synchronous processing of external circle, sphere, cone surface, arc surface, step, cutting groove, drilling hole, tapping, die, embossing, cutting, etc. All processes can be completed at one time, the processing accuracy is very high, no manual operation is needed, automatic feeding is fully automated, one person can view more than one machine,it also can together use milling tooth device to make the external thread, completely solve the thread die processing problem,and can process double thread.The fine structure is controlled by the CAM,the CAM turns reversal each time,that is, the end of the processing of a part. The CAM speed is 1.0~36 RPM, which can be adjusted according to different machining parts. The maximum machining speed is 36 parts per minute.


1) simple equipment, high automation, easy operation, low requirement for workers' technical level; 2) small cutting margin, short processing time and high productivity; 3) the movement track of the grinding bar is disorderly,after processing, the surface has crossed mesh, which is conducive to the storage of lubricating oil and good wear resistance. 4) Precision finishing can only improve the machining surface quality, but not the dimensional accuracy and configuration accuracy. It is mainly used for the smooth surface processing of outer cylinder, cone surface and spherical surface of shaft parts.
